Our team has just implemented a new TEAM BUILDING strategy and I want to explain how it works because it’s easy to do it with your team and your company. Imagine joining a new company and you are told that it is advisable to build 3 legs deep to reach a high level rank. Could you say, what does this mean, Well, because our company has a compensation plan that requires 3 legs and pays 9 levels of classification to infinity (not 9 levels), it is for the benefit of all just sponsoring 3 people and building those deep lines. You could do the same if your company requires less or more “legs” or groups.
Because, Depth locks in people and volume blocks. The more you build, the more solid your business will be. This motivates everyone in each of the three lines and builds beliefs, great beliefs and a sense of urgency.
People do not want to lose! People will see growth and volume and will not want to lose rank progressions, bonuses, etc. The new people will come together and see them grow immediately because everyone in that line is committed to building that line in depth. And everyone is responsible for building the other 2 lines in depth. It’s a victory / victory!
This works particularly well if your company has an “Enroll and Place” program. Let me explain. With Enroll and Place, you’re the enroller. The person who you are entering the new person is the sponsor.
What does this mean, Get the quick start bonus for signing up for the new person. The sponsor sees the new person in his downline and immediately gets benefits from the volume. The sponsor receives the 5% quick start bonus for new person registrations. The supporter, you, get the premium travel points associated with that new person for every month. Other companies may have different sign-up and placement programs and quick start bonuses. Some have travel awards, others do not.
And, everyone on the line gets credit for the volume and paid according to their rank and qualifications.
Team building is the best: you have to share the strategy to let people know that you build as a team!
Some useful information: develop a Team Building worksheet that maps legs A, B and C to different levels so that people can keep track of them and see them grow visually. Each has a leg A, B, C – each one builds under A together and then each person is responsible for his B & C leg. This ensures that the team’s weakness is not created.
Call and ask everyone loudly about the new person, “Hey did you hear that,” “Listen to what,” “Your business has grown.” Wow, what a fun call to do. This strategy has no boundaries: no territory, no rank qualification necessary. Do not stop at level 10. Make all 3 legs up to the highest level you choose.
Start building this way right away! Ask: “Who wants the next position,” This CREATES URGENCY!
